About Us
A Better Next Year was founded by Ann Levett, Ed.D., to help organizations make the changes they need to improve productivity, support leadership, and fulfill their mission. She has inspired and transformed thousands of lives through her work in education, business, and personal coaching, throughout the U.S. and abroad.
Ann’s consulting, facilitation, guest speaker, and training work is based on understanding her clients’ particular strengths and needs. During a preliminary fact-finding process, she talks with key individuals to explore and decide upon the best use of her expertise. Then she assembles all of the feedback and shares it with the senior leaders for collaborative improvement planning. This upfront work allows her to make recommendations and deliver services based on an understanding of her clients’ organizational culture, context. She uses a similar process to customize speaking events to fit the needs of organizations and groups.
Her specialty is in understanding human behavior, how systems work, how change happens, and how they all relate to productivity and improvement in the workplace. The principles and concepts that are applied to organizational change projects are similar to those used in her work with leadership development and coaching for personal change and improvement.
